Well, I am posting this real fast then I am off the clean- super clean- my house. We have 14 people coming to our home tomorrow. I am excited about it! I love to celebrate and fellowship with fellow Christian friends. This event is for our church, Christ Covenant Church, in Olive Branch, MS, where my husband pastors.
We will be having traditional Irish food, games, and fun! The recipes for the food came from http://www.allrecipes.com/ which is a site I visit regularly! Here are the recipes I chose for tomorrow:
*Guinness Corned Beef
*Irish Potato Casserole
*Irish Heritage Cabbage
*Green Grog (I will be making the NON-alcoholic version for the kids)
*Irish Cream Sugar Cookies
*Irish Tea Cake
Other church members are bringing other food items like Irish Soda bread.
